- Functionally sound with Salesforce declarative tools like custom Process Builders, Workflows, Permission / Change Sets, Validation rules, etc
- Highly proficient with Sales and Service Cloud, experience in Salesforce Communities a plus but not required
- Experience with database tools (SQL, SOQL, SOSL) and database migration
- Rework legacy systems and contribute to solution redesign of functional tools
- Comfortable in a robust team environment with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to identify gaps in processes where development support is needed
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required, Platform App Builder & Advanced Administrator certifications preferred
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
- 3+ years' experience with CRM (Salesforce) Systems, or equivalent with another CRM
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in Salesforce Lightning
- Third party integration experience
- Any experience with APEX code or VisualForce pages is highly considered
- Act as a key point of contact for fulfilment of Salesforce functional requirements
- Work on a business unit independent team and be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
- Question around and work to refine functional requirements translated from business requirements
- Confidently act as a key functional resource for an agile project team, with the ability to work alongside a robust team of Salesforce professionals
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
