- Subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration or customization of Salesforce.
- Development using APEX, Visual Force and other force.com technologies.
- Support Integration of Data between Salesforce and external sources
- Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
- Develop and analyze business requirements with staff
- Develop solutions in JavaScript and CSS.
- Responsible for release management of internal Salesforce sprints, including implementing, training and deploying new features and change requests within the Salesforce CRM program.
- Optimize Salesforce configuration and processes related to system maintenance.
- Modify, test and document application configuration changes based on organizational priorities and user feedback.
- Implement advanced data integrity strategies including processes to track data quality.
- Prioritize end user issues by engaging with end users and implementing solutions.
- Utilize user feedback to drive efforts to enhance user satisfaction; develop metrics to demonstrate user satisfaction trends.
- Subject matter expert on all projects that impact Salesforce.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the administration of Salesforce or other complex CRM systems.
- Certified Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.
- Experience with Conga a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Communicates effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively; able to handle urgent interruptions professionally.
- Strong functional understanding of systems, databases/database terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality.
