- Technically sound with Salesforce programming tools like custom APEX, Lightning Components (Web & Aura), VisualForce Pages, SFDX Integration Framework etc
- Highly proficient with Sales and Service Cloud, exposure to Salesforce Communities preferred
- Middleware experience preferred (I.E. Mulesoft, ETL, JitterBit, Boomi, etc.)
- Rework legacy systems and custom code solutions to withstand global scaling
- Comfortable in a robust team environment with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required, PDII & Integration Architect preferred
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
- 5+ years' experience with CRM Software Engineering, preferrably Salesforce Lightning
- 2+ years of Salesforce Lightning Development
- Third party application integration experience
- Act as a key point of contact for fulfilment of Salesforce technical requirements
- Question around and work to refine technical requirements translated from business requirements via a Program Manager
- Confidently act as a key technical resource for an agile project team, with the ability to work alongside a robust team of Salesforce professionals
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
