Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a team environment
  • Background in visual design, visual design communication, UI, or other similar roles.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members
  • Experience with Salesforce on B2B products/digital experiences
  • Adhere to system and business constraints
  • Experience guiding rationale for features through strategy
  • Work closely with fellow designers to develop, manage and expand our design systems and component library
  • Partner with production to ensure implementation and design are in sync
  • Prepare and facilitate of experience design activities, such as: workshops, audits, team sessions, presentation, etc.
  • Effectively produce and deliver standard design requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to balance multiple requests across multiple teams simultaneously
  • Participate in design reviews, have an open-mind to constructive criticism
  • Experience with standard design tools, IE: Figma, sketch, etc

  • Experience working at an enterprise-level company
