Role Description: The

Salesforce Program/Project Manager must have at least 8+ years of experience. Salesforce Service Cloud You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a project from a technical standpoint and performs daily triage of development and testing progress against set timelines. This will require participating in technical conversations with client stakeholders. Need experience with Salesforce and understanding of technical infrastructure.

Required Skills: - Agile Project Management (P4 - Expert) - Business Process Analysis Tools (P3 - Advanced) - Effective Written Communications (P3 - Advanced) - Requirements Analysis (P2 - Intermediate) - Stakeholder Management (P2 - Intermediate)

Must Have: - Salesforce - Agile Project Management/ Scrum Master - BSA

Nice to Have: - JIRA - Quip - Playbook

Responsibilities: - Responsible for the end-to-end project management functions of large programs including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs and execution. - Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders. - Effectively cooperate with customers, technical staff in different geographical locations to define and deliver complex features.

Technical Project Manager (Salesforce): - Scrum Master: Managing Sprint - Project Management - Directing and suggesting team - Understanding requirements from a solution perspective and helping developers move forward. - Leading cross team discussion - Problem Solving mind-set with business solution in mind - Ability to make sense of ambiguity, secure buy in from internal and external stakeholders. - Be able to speak intelligently with the business on what is possible and what is not in the realms of salesforce and tech in general. - Service Cloud experience strongly preferred - Must have the mindset of owning requirement and delivery of build

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
