- Experience as a Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Architect, spanning multiple organizations or implementations
- Highly proficient in APEX, VisualForce, Web Components (Lightning & Aura), and SFDX lightning integration framework
- Experience owning Salesforce Lightning integrations with multiple different ETLs, such as Boomi, Snowflake, AWS S3 buckets, etc
- Experience with custom and managed package API integrations (RESTful & SOAP): preference for FinancialForce, Eloqua, Heroku, and Salesforce CPQ
- Comfortable reporting into the Director level and communicating in an efficient manner with non-technical business stakeholders
- Ability to identify gaps in legacy systems where updates may be appropriate
- Certifications listed below are in order of importance. These are preferred but not required: hands-on experience is also heavily considered
- Salesforce Certified Integration & Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & II
- Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into consideration)
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
- Act as a key point of contact for identification of requirements (technical or functional)
- Work on a robust team but be able to work independently
- Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
- Question around and work to identify critical business issues that can be translated to technical requirements
- Confidently act as a key functional resource for your agile project team, rolling up your sleeves when necessary and providing oversight of general configuration & projects of your team members
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
