SAP S4 HANA – Tech Lead / Analyst

More than 12-15 years of SAP working experience in SAP ABAP.

Should be able to design the architecture in SAP S4 HANA as per business processes.

Should able to coordinate with functional and business users to understand and gather technical requirement.

Should demonstrate knowledge of advanced ABAP objects such as Adobe forms, workflows, IDOCS, Odata and FIORI application development.

Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.

Experience in holding client workshops, requirements validation and group discussions1 full life cycle HANA implementation is most desired.

Should have advanced knowledge of RICEFW objects

Should be able to analyze and debug issues based on business input

Set product priorities and work with scrum teams. Map customer business needs to product designs and articulate through epics and stories. Manage the maintenance backlog.

Develop Proof-of-Concept capabilities with a quick turnaround to meet the needs of Business Stakeholders

experienced in SAP implementation with “ACTIVATE” and “AGILE” methodology, including various phases like Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, E2E Test, UAT, Go-Live and support.

Ability to guide Technical team and create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, and external constituencies.

Experience of working within an SAP based Telecommunication / Retail environment.

Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
