Job Details

Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives.Meeting with clients to discuss their hardware and software needs.Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.Designing and installing customized software and hardware solutions for the customer.Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing bugs.Providing post-installation follow-ups.Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.

Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in computer science or related major, 3 years or above working experience.Proven experience in solution delivery with complexity and tight timeline.Hands-on experience with Python or other high-level programing languages. Experienced in SQL/ETL (including writing and tuning SQL scripts), cloud technologies and databases in a large-scale, complex business environment.Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.Ability to interpret business language and requirements into technical work items and BI reporting elements.
