- Unleash your creativity. Create elegant & jaw-dropping user experiences for all of our products and marketing website.
- Think like the customer. Create images and motion designs to attract new customers and enhance the user experience across our products through visual storytelling.
- Evolve our visual language. Develop assets and patterns that resonate with our customers and communicate the brand.
- Clearly communicate your vision. Produce storyboards, UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces to help internal stakeholders align on the best customer experience.
- Become a trusted expert on visual design. Follow industry trends, assimilate them into your designs and work with the rest of the team on UX best practices. Contribute to product design artifacts such as the Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) specifications and visual design component library.
- Transcend devices. Create user experiences that are optimized for a wide variety of screen sizes as well as both mobile and desktop interactions.
- Be part of the team. Collaborate deeply with the development side and craft technically mindful experiences.
- You have 5+ years of experience in visual and UX design working on a mixture of B2B and B2C products, including customer facing websites.
- You have passion for visual storytelling and creating content, including making motion designs and videos
- You have a strong understanding of visual design patterns, fonts, design systems, and color schemes
- You have a solid understanding of information architecture and user interface design
- Your portfolio includes outstanding examples of your work from concept to completion, demonstrating your process of driving results from business / user problems to the final product
- You are able to communicate your ideas and advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals
- You use both subjective and data-driven methods to stand behind your decisions as well as influence others
- You are an expert in standard UX software such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Framer, Principle, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- You obsess over all levels of user interactions, the last pixel, the perfect shade of a color, and the copy used in the UI
- You understand iOS and Android design and technology, and are comfortable crafting experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- 40% - Remote position
- Familiarity with Wordpress development
- Familiarity or a desire to learn HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with marketing collateral, understanding how to drive customer excitement, measurement and iteration based on metrics
