- Interface with architecture, design, platform, firmware and system engineering for a collaboration and leverage in all phases of the design process.
- Evaluate test specifications, requirements, strategies and methodologies for electrical validation, firmware validation and platform level testing.
- Coordinate test effort preparation and track requirements, schedules and actions including summarize test results and documentation.
- Internal Server Research & Development Hardware Validation support.
- Collaborate on automation efforts for validation.
- Experience with data-centers and server storage and validation, testing, and qualification of hardware and/or software.
- Exposure to computer architecture, storage protocols, PCI Express, and/or networking.
- Exposure to hyper-scale or enterprise servers and storage systems (network, storage, out-of-band management and monitoring, etc.)
- Experience with scripting, particularly with PowerShell / Python).
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or System Engineering and 5 years of working knowledge or Masters degree with 1- 2 years of experience with Validation or equivalent experience.
