Seattle, WA/Remote 6 Months Job Description:

  • Work closely with IT BPs on Development, Quality, Commercial to align the Veeva Vault Product roadmap with the business needs. Work in alignment with GxP Solutions team on ensuring the product execution for Veeva Vault.
  • Serve as the Product Leader for the Veeva Vault applications (Quality, Regulatory Information Management (RIM) , Quality Management System, Promomat and Medcomms)
  • Own the product backlog, drive the prioritization and planning for each releases for Veeva Vault – 3 Auto-on and Configurable releases per year.
  • Drive Veeva Lifecycle management with the help of Veeva Release manager and GxP Solutions team along with the business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for orchestrating the Veeva Vault Roadmap including release management, module implementation and maturity mapping
  • Identify gaps between business needs and technical capabilities; work to find innovative solutions that meet business objectives or create new business opportunities
  • Represent the needs of our customers to the solution vendor(s)
  • Lead plan & deliver new and / or existing strategic platform capabilities that create tangible business value.
  • Work cross-functionally to help facilitate the delivery of our best in breed products from our engineers to our customers.
  • Work with Infrastructure and Technical operations teams to seamlessly deliver infrastructure changes to production
  • Ownership of rolling out platform releases to applications teams
  • Collect feedback, drive process improvements, and help us get better at delivering products over time
Preferred
  • Previous experience supporting as a Product Manager for Veeva Vault platform
  • Played multiple roles within the IT system implementation, including IT Project management, IT Delivery, Validation and Compliance and Business partnerships
  • Familiarity with biotech/pharma business processes and applications
  • Familiarity with GxP and ICH regulations and 21CFR, Part 11
  • Process Flows
  • Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
  • Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
  • Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
  • Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
  • Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
  • Participate as a team member of the functional team
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
