Part-time Barista - Family Friendly Café.
Compensation: +/- $18/hr including Tips
Refined Coffee at Everett is looking for a friendly and reliable barista!
We are a long community-friendly café located at Everett, looking for a team member who is motivated and willing to grow with us. We are looking for baristas who know what it means to pull a good shot and who would love to learn how to be a barista.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Opening/closing the business.
- Preparing various espresso-based drinks, blended drinks, smoothies, sodas and etc.
- Serving a variety of food items such as pastries, sandwiches, salad, soup, and etc.
- Maintain a clean and stocked environment.
- Cash-handling - opening/closing cash drawer while utilizing Square POS system.
- Professional and courteous with coworkers and customers as this can be a fast-paced environment and you need to be able to work well under pressure.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are required as some shifts require you to be working independently. Hours may range from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. We are specifically looking for someone to work 3- 5 shifts during the week (15-30 hours a week).
