DISHWASHERS needed for 4-5 shifts/week, Mon - Friday, 4-close. Applicants must be over 18 years of age, be able to converse comfortably and understand verbal and written instructions with the crew. Must also be mature, responsible, pleasant and be willing to work in a fast paced kitchen. Dish washing and bussing experience in a similar busy restaurant is the ideal background.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Ensures that dishes, pots/pans, cambros and cooking utensils are scrubbed properly and put away in a timely manner.
Re-stocks inventory, recycles trash and takes out compost.
Other duties may eventually include slicing proteins and vegetables, making sauces and other products using set recipes and standard kitchen equipment.
Maintains a good working relationship with all crew members, customers and vendors.
Performs all duties/responsibilities in a timely and effective manner; must be able to keep up with the reasonable demands of the position.
Promotes a favorable image of Marination at all times (appearance clean and tidy, well groomed, clothing appropriate, professional, effective and appropriate communication skills).
Must be able to lift, carry and safely move up to 50 pounds of supplies and equipment.
Assists in closing and clean up responsibilities.
Must honor time and shift commitments.
