Food Service Company is Hiring an experienced sous chef for our facility-High End Cafe Cuisine. Will produce 900 meals daily-responsible 7 days per week. Pay salary plus benefits after probationary period. We E-Verify, COVID-19 & Drug Test for hard drugs. Must have culinary school credentials or equivalent, 2 years experience as a full service restaurant sous chef or better. Have reliable transportation, no criminal record, verifiable job history, and pass background and drug test. Will require ServSafe Manager, Food Handler's cards; verification of culinary school or equivalent. Long-Term employment only. We have several facilities and restaurants you can move up and into. Must be able to read and write effectively in English, utilize Xtrachef, and be computer literate. Have good math, social, and management skills. Equal opportunity Employer.
