Established and expanding fine dining Japanese restaurant is looking for these desirable qualities in all candidates applying: Self Motivator, Reliable, Respectful, Attentive, Friendly to all, Ethical, Well groomed and an unselfish Team player who puts in the effort to work together.
Host/Hostess - Minimum of 2 years experience with Front of House.
Average hourly $17.00 includes tips.
Full and Part-time Servers - Experienced only. Must have knowledge of fine wines, sakes, and Japanese food. Note: all accepted applicants will work as a Host/Hostess until they have proven their abilities to be able to work on the main floor.
Due to our market level, standards are set very high to be able to maintain your position here. But your hard work and diligence are well rewarded. Current top servers make 65K plus working less than 40 hour weeks. It all depends on your performance. Teamwork is essential.
Full/Part-time FOH Assistant Manager (Lunch Shift or Dinner Shift) - Experienced only. Must have at least 3 years of experience running front of the house operation for a restaurant of similar caliber and cuisine. Pay level depends on experience.
