We are looking for AM shift, PM shift and Night Auditor. Am shift hours are 7am to 3pm. PM shift hours 3pm to 11pm and Night Audit Shift hours are 11pm to 7am.
We are seeking a qualified part time and or full time front desk agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making .
Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
-Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
-Accommodate guest requests
-Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
-Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
-Handling cash payments
-Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
