The Saw Mill Cafe is looking for a new assistant store manager with at least 1 year of entry level leadership experience and fast paced full service serving experience. Our managers make great wages, great tips and because our Cafe is only open till 8pm, no late nights!
We offer full benefits including 401K, 2 weeks of paid vacation, employer paid health/vision/dental coverage and quarterly performance bonuses. Shifts typically consist of 2 mornings and 3 mid/evening shifts totalling 38-42 hours per week. Open availability is critical and willingness to shift schedule on a temporary basis to supervise and mentor new employees is a must.
Hourly wages are DOE but the typical assistant manager will earn between $65-$70k per year (wages + tips.)
Responsibilities include: Scheduling, Payroll, Personnel Management, and most importantly great customer service and serving skills!
