Job Description

$3000 signing bonus after 90 days of successful management employment

We want a motivated, passionate, skilled, leader who wants to grow their career in the restaurant industry. Ideal candidates will have high volume dining restaurant experience and take pride in the service and cuisine they deliver. Must be on the line cooking as well as being able to insure ordering is done properly, cleaning is paramount and health department regulations are just a absolute minimum for what we actually do to keep our restaurant in order. Must have a proven track record. We do a lot of banquets as well.

We are looking for a candidate that is professional in the work place and a team leader who can effectively multi-task in challenging situations.

Job Requirements:

Proven track record

Must be able to consistently produce current menu.

Need to be able to schedule staff properly and keep costs in alignment

Need to be OCD as far a cleanliness and organizational skills go

Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, etc. . .) based on the needs of the restaurant volume

Experience in a high volume restaurant making scratch recipes

Pizza, Sautee and Broil Experience

Reliable, with a sense of pride and ownership for your work

Willing, and with a positive attitude to work with the owner and management team

-Must be professional, and organized, and have good communication skills
