Event Servers and Event Bartenders

Venue:

The historic Columbia Collective building is a pillar of Woodinville Wine History. Occupied by Columbia Winery for decades, the building was the site of many firsts for Woodinville wine country. Landmark Event Co. is honored to re-open the venue to the Woodinville wine community and to the greater Seattle area for special events!

We provide unique guest-centric experiences, and we are looking for experienced Event Servers and Event Bartenders.

You will report directly to our Event Lead and Operations Manager. This position is ideal for those who bring professionalism, enthusiasm and diligence to the table through their work.

Compensation (hourly plus tips)

Starting Rates:

$26/hr for Servers

$27/hr for Bartenders

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for accurately clocking into/out of shifts.

Reports directly to the Lead Server upon entry and receives tasking.

Handles multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously in a seamless and confident manner to ensure the flawless delivery of event services.

Maintains food and beverage service at a fine dining level throughout the event. Confidently presenting, serving, replenishing, clearing, etc.

Takes responsibility in event setup, venue upkeep, service execution set out by lead, event break down and closing.

Prioritizes guest’s needs by attending to them in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.

Remains communicative with their team and engaged throughout the shift.

Maintains the company rules and policies in a professional manner, incorporating safe work practices in job performance.

Qualifications:

Bartending and banquet serving experience required

Excellent customer service skills.

All hands in/all hands out, team-centric attitude.

Open to learning, receive training, redirection, positive critique, etc.

Ability to learn and perform service standards set out by the company

Job Requirements:

2+ years experience respectively serving/bartending

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Ability to work on a consistent basis with extended and varied work hours based on business needs

Dependable mode of transportation

Current Washington State Alcohol Servers Permit

Current Washington State Food Handlers Certification

Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

A high level of mobility is required with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in weather permitting conditions and withstand loud volume or visual effects

Professionalism in both appearance and fulfilling work duties

Ability to fulfill all Key Responsibilities
