The Colby Club, a Classic cocktail lounge in downtown Everett is hiring for a kitchen staff/barback position. We offer small bites and a simple easily executed menu. Convection oven cooking only. Experience preferred.
Hours are Tuesday and possibly Thursday 3:30 to approximately 9:30 or business decline and Friday, Saturday 3:30 pm to approximately 11:00 pm.
Pay is 20 an hour plus tips with first opportunity for wage increase after 90 day probationary period. Benefits include WA sick leave, Vacation after 1 year, free meals while working and employee discount.
Must be reliable, clean, organized, professional and team oriented. Be over 21, have food handlers card and able to obtain MAST if needed. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Duties include prep, cooking, dishes and some bar back duties related to prep and assisting front of house as needed (juicing, making syrups).
