Job Requirements for Culinary Position
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
- Possession of a valid Food Handler Permit.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Thai culinary techniques and practices.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions with precision, ensuring consistency in flavor, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with a commitment to holding all team members accountable for maintaining
these standards.
- Skillful preparation of all dishes, ensuring the highest levels of quality and taste.
- Capacity to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, facilitating timely order delivery during peak periods.
- Exceptional culinary skills demonstrated through the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in an appealing and appetizing
manner.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Capability to lift and move weights ranging from 10 to 50 pounds.
