We are hiring housekeepers at the beautiful new La Quinta Inn & Suites Federal Way!
Brief Description of Duties: Performs daily housekeeping duties which includes dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming and/or sweeping, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen area, trash removal, making beds and removing/changing bedding, restocking of amenities, bed and bath linens and other supplies, checking condition of room assets and reporting problems to supervisor and responding to guest requests. Ensures security and privacy of all guests is maintained at all times. Demonstrates a welcoming manner and effective communication skills. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements: Must have general knowledge of cleaning procedures and be able to adhere to brand standard cleaning guidelines. Must be able to communicate clearly with management, staff and guests.
Conditions of Employment: Physical exertion is involved in standing and walking for long periods, some bending, stooping and lifting is required as well as climbing and descending stairs.
