We are a small, independent restaurant located near the Pike Place Market and specializing in traditional and regional dishes of France. Our constantly changing seasonal menu features a wide variety of charcuterie, house made desserts and dishes made from scratch.
Part Time Pantry
2-4 AM shifts per week, 6am-3pm -ish
Position available immediately
Great Opportunity for person with interest in:
Charcuterie, including sausages, terrine, pates, confits, rillettes and more.
Using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.
French and European cheeses.
Traditional French dishes and techniques.
Advancement within our kitchen.
The ideal candidate would:
Have grasp of basic kitchen techniques
Have at least 2 years experience in a high quality/volume kitchen.
Be dependable and always on time.
Want to be part of a team working together to make excellent food we can be proud of.
Work with great sanitation and organization practices.
Be comfortable working in a busy, high pressure environment.
Have a great attitude and enthusiasm.
Compensation:
Hourly, $22-$24 per hour
Health Insurance (requires 30 hours/ week worked)
