Iron Rooster Bakery, a busy artisan bakery located in Fairhaven, is seeking a talented and dedicated Pastry Chef to join our team in a managerial capacity.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a pastry chef.
Strong, hands-on knowledge of croissant production preferred.
Demonstrate leadership, managerial, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities include:
Following established recipes and producing high-quality products that meet bakery standards.
Developing and executing seasonal and specialty items.
Overseeing pastry operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
