- Assemble salads for sides or main dishes.
- Cook all fried appetizers.
- Food prep as needed if supplies run short.
- Dishwashing and general cleaning to keep a sanitary environment.
The current hours available are Friday & Saturday 4pm-10pm, we can arrange additional hours if need be.
