I am a 44-year-old female who has Cerebral Palsy and in an electric wheelchair. I live in Lynnwood, Wa. I have one cat that is my Service Animal. So, if you are allergic to cats, please be aware of that.
Looking for a female who is 21 years or older. This individual must be on time, reliable, responsible, clean, organized, energetic, and fun.
I am looking for a female who can cover shifts for when my daytime caregiver or my live-in caregiver need time off. The Friday day shifts each month are guaranteed hours, 8:30am to 4:30pm. The on-call shifts could be a day shift, night shift, or on a weekend. The hourly pay rate starts at $13+, which is paid through DSHS.
This individual must have a clean background and a valid driver's license. Also, be able to provide a driving record to drive my minivan.
JOB DUTIES: must be able to lift at least 100 lbs. easily without an assisted device, dressing, toileting, bathing, personal hygiene, feeding, light cleaning, cooking, laundry. Also, drive my minivan to take me to appointments, errands, and other things I enjoy doing.
