GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for maintaining Club building operations as directed and to provide the highest level of service to the members. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

Pay: $30-$40 Per Hour DOE

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.

Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing / adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical and painting.

Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Greet members and guests through-out the property.

Understand and anticipate the needs of the property

Be attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through.

Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.

Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.

Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.

Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum three (3) years of building operations experience

Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities

Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player

Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipate the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills

Well organized and detail oriented

High cleanliness standards
