Property owner with residential units in Seattle, Kirkland and Bellevue need helper to main multiple properties. Job include cleaning (short term rental), organizing, helper for maintenance/construction (light painting, etc).
Must be experienced in general cleaning and do quality work in a timely manner. Must have your own transportation.
Must pass background check. 40 hours per week but would consider less. Flexible schedule.
