Job Title: General Project Manager
Job Summary:
Roofing & Home Renovations - The project manager oversees and manages projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines. They collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee all projects, including estimating materials, labor, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress and address any issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project budgets and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in roofing or construction project management.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
