The Landscape Construction Foreman supervises and leads the installation crew to complete landscape and hardscape installations with high integrity. The Landscape Construction Foreman is detail oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Essential Functions:

Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with high company standards.

Responsible for daily work planning, quality, and accomplishment by the crew

Organize, multitask, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision

Read and understand plans, blue prints, and specifications.

Manage crew and resources effectively to ensure that projects are delivered within the projected budget and timeline.

Manage daily job-site activities, materials and/or equipment deliveries, and work schedules.

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.

Ensure all safety guidelines are met and maintained for a safe and effective work site.

Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for required maintenance.

Read designs and properly install landscapes from start to finish.

Demonstrate and share extensive knowledge in hardscaping, grading, irrigation, drainage, low voltage lighting and plant install.

Supervise and train crew members.

Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and materials.

Provide weekly flowchart that realistically projects crew, equipment and material needs along with timelines.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years experience in residential landscape construction field.

2+ years experience leading and managing crews

2+ years operating heavy equipment, such as Mini-Excavator, Bobcat, Skid-Steer machinery with various attachments; other construction equipment as needed.

Valid WA Driver's License and clean driving record

Strong written and oral communications skills Spanish language a plus

Broad knowledge of plants and their environmental needs specific to the Northwest.

Able to work strenuously throughout the day, lifting heavy objects and working outside in ALL weather conditions.

High standards for quality, attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.

Able to work, standing, bending, walking, moving, or lifting up to 100% of the day.

Must be able to lift at least 25-50lbs throughout the day and occasionally up to 75lbs. When lifting heavy objects/items, it is expected that the associate will utilize the assistance of other teammates or tools such as hand trucks, pot lifters, and pallet jacks in order to lift items safely.

Consistent attendance required.
