Position Overview
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse and office spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for our team and visitors.
Job Type: Part-Time
Expected Hours: Flexible, 15-25 hours per week
Location: In-person at our facility in Everett, WA 98203
Key Responsibilities
Monday to Thursday: Warehouse Maintenance
Floor Care: Sweep and maintain clean floors.
Waste Management: Break down cardboard boxes and empty trash/recycling bins.
Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down shelves and equipment (ladder use required).
Restroom & Common Areas: Clean and disinfect to ensure a hygienic environment.
Supply Organization: Keep supply rooms organized and ensure cleaning supplies are properly stocked and stored.
Safety Monitoring: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Friday: Office Maintenance
Floor Care: Vacuum and mop all office floors.
Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down desks, countertops, and office equipment.
Restroom & Common Areas: Clean and disinfect to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins.
Supply Organization: Maintain and organize office supply rooms, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
