NW Employment is partnered with a local Brick plant in Lakewood and we are looking for Production Laborers to join our team!
This position starts at $19/hr
1 for 1st shift- 5am-3:30pm, Mon-Thur. Friday OT.
1 for 2nd shift- 3pm- 1:30am, Mon-Thur. Friday OT.
Candidates will be trained to perform quality checks, handling product, as well as limited operation of packaging equipment. Products can range from 10 lbs. Up to 80 lbs., Certain products can be more labor intensive than others.
P.P.E Requirements are as follows: Hard hat Gloves Safety glasses Earplugs Steel or composite toe work boots- must be above the ankle Hi-vis Safety vest- to be worn whenever outside of plant.
