Responsibilities:
Assist in safely climbing trees
Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and ropes
Ensure work areas are safe and clear of debris before and after jobs
Load and unload tools, equipment into trucks
Perform ground-based duties including dragging brush, chipping branches, and raking debris
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work at heights
Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions
Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field preferred
