A steadily developing Law firm is seeking a Front Deck Specialist in our Mountlake Terrace Law Office. We need a friendly enthusiastic person whose responsibility will be to meet our clients and answer phone.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist the attorney with calendar management, scheduling clients for consultations, processing payments, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and carrying out other instructions.
This includes first and foremost, giving our clientele a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to work. This role is in-office only. The position is full time from 9:00 to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $18/hr.
