LEGAL ASSISTANT (PATENT PROSECUTION)An intellectual property boutique firm is currently adding a legal assistant to their practice. This position is available immediately, and provides an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with three or more years of domestic patent prosecution experience to assist partner level attorneys with a very busy IP practice. The firm provides extensive training to support their systems and procedures, along with state of the art technology. The position offers a high level of responsibility and substantive work, as well as an opportunity for extensive client contact. REQUIREMENTS:A minimum of three years current domestic patent prosecution experience is required. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work with the numerous deadlines inherent in patent prosecution work is also crucial. Legal candidates should have strong written and verbal skills and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
