Job Description
Bellevue law firm is offering immediate employment for a paralegal with experience in personal injury cases. This is a full time position with paid vacation, in a boutique personal injury law firm with a pleasant and professional work environment. Contract paralegals may apply.
Duties and responsibilities include:
-Managing the calendar for two attorneys
-Preparation of demand packages
-Manage communications with clients and opposing parties
-Helping with client intake establishing timelines
-Maintaining file organization and status
-Requesting and filing records (medical and insurance) pertaining to cases
Preferred qualifications:
-Excellent professional communication skills
-Highly organized with great record keeping
-Attention to detail
The firm is located in the prestigious Key Bank building, in downtown Bellevue.
