Emerald Search Partners is assisting a prestigious Seattle law firm in its search for a Patent Prosecution Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be an individual with the ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven, and service-oriented environment. Responsibilities include:
Management of US and international patent prosecution matters from filing to grant.
Handling correspondence
Maintenance of electronic files
Docket management
Assisting with client-related tasks and projects
This individual must have an Associates degree and a minimum of 2+ years of patent filing and prosecution experience. Superior editing and proofreading abilities and experience working with the USPTO and foreign patent rules is a must.
