Emerald Search Partners is assisting a prestigious Seattle legal organization in their search for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support their team with litigation and corporate/transactional work on a temporary basis. This role encompasses working within strict deadlines to:
Draft pleadings, documents and correspondence for review by attorneys
Court filing in State and Federal Courts
Perform legal research
Manage and organize case files, documents, and data
Proofread and edit documents
Coordinate, prepare for, attend meetings and draft minutes
Make travel arrangements, including expense tracking
Ideal candidates will have substantive, relevant experience; a Paralegal certificate; high attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent written/verbal communication skills; and the ability to prioritize work efficiently and independently.
