Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekends Required (Saturday & Sunday every week + additional weekday to make full time)
Location: Kent, WA
Startup commercial laundry facility seeking a reliable, hands-on Operations Supervisor for a full-time position with mandatory weekend coverage. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly during our busiest days.
This Is Not a Desk Job
You will be on the floor, overseeing people, equipment, and workflow while also stepping in when needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily laundry operations with an emphasis on weekends
Ensure washers, dryers, and production flow stay on schedule
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and address performance issues
Maintain quality control, safety, and cleanliness standards
Troubleshoot operational or staffing problems in real time
Communicate production status and issues to ownership
Requirements
Experience in commercial laundry, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations
Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must be available every weekend (non-negotiable)
