Shipping/Receiving Specialist – Day Shift Electronics Testing Laboratory – Everett, WA
We are a small, well-established business (30+ years) providing electronic component testing and value-added services to Space, Defense, Medical, and Commercial industries. We are seeking a part-time Shipping/Receiving Specialist (with potential to move to full-time) to support our growing team.
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Inspect, package, and label products for shipment per company standards
Verify shipping information: addresses, quantities, and delivery instructions
Handle receiving duties and update records accurately
Maintain and label inventory; perform regular cycle counts
Support process improvements and collaborate with team members
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year shipping/receiving experience; inventory experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office and shipping software
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to carefully handle small electronic components (steady hands, good vision)
Reliable, with strong attendance record
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Additional Information:
Wage negotiable, based on experience
Must meet ITAR requirements, provide references, and pass a background check
