You:

- Have had experience with non-profits as an employee, a volunteer, or as a donor
- Are willing to get “your hands dirty” when it comes to building a startup from the ground up
- Have the drive to get involved and collaborate with other teams
- Have proven experience as a full stack developer
- Have experience developing web and mobile applications
- Have experience building MVC based web applications
- Have experience in collaborating in UI design in the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched applications
- Have contributed to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process improvement
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Will bring that extra value that will make the startup a successful company
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will take charge in the development of our software to grow our impact in 2020. The right candidate will have full-stack experience with both front-end user interfaces and back-end systems.
In this role you will:
- Outline the company's technological vision
- Implement technology strategies
- Ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Be involved in the growth of the dev team
- Along with other department, be part of the research and development of tools, app requests, trends and data analysis
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
