We run a growing local business and we're looking for the right person here in Seattle to be a CHAMPION with us - who loves staying organized and on top of our office and administrative needs, is comfortable being overwhelmed with much to do - and absolutely thrives on solving problems, following up and following through with ninja-like skill. ABSOLUTELY MUST love spending time working with people on the phone and in person (when that is safe again)! Computer skills are obviously needed as well.

Looking for an A+ player to manage our company's #1 asset - our client orders.

How Many Hours/Week? 15+ hrs/week in your home office, consistently.

What exactly would you be doing, other than kicking-butt and taking-names?

Glad you asked:

- Managing our client orders from start to finish.

- While this isn’t a sales job, there is an element to sales in the role (must be comfortable in a sales environment)

- Processing paperwork/orders through online forms

- Requesting logos and engraving information from clients

- Sending engraving instructions to our shop

- Managing inventory of gift supplies for multiple locations

- Communicating with clients throughout their order process

- Sending a hand-written thank you card

- Among many other things!

Working with our clients is a front-facing role where the quality of your work represents our company. Some other tasks in the role are:

- Using Google Apps to move data and communicate with team

- Managing our office calendar

- Designing and creating marketing campaigns in CRM email templates and social media

- Prep and package gift boxes

- Data entry and daily management into CRM

- Follow up with clients and event managers to confirm event details

- Assisting the owner with errands and office tasks

MUSTS:

- Incredibly organized, dependable, honest, and high level of integrity

- Social media skills needed (we’re happy to teach you)

- Computer skills efficient with CRM systems, Excel, Word, GSuite

- Must have super computer skills and typing ability

- PROFESSIONAL

- CHAMPION personable and positive attitude

- Looking for someone who will get the job done in a timely manner and will constantly strive to learn and improve!

- Is currently a MASTER of all they do - enjoys learning new systems that can increase efficiency
