In-House Electric is a residential electrical service company based in Everett, serving Snohomish and North King Counties. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Answer and route customer calls professionally
Schedule jobs and assist with technician dispatch
Enter job notes and details in our service software
Support permits, inspections, and daily office tasks
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For:
Office or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable with computers and phones
Strong communicator and multitasker
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Willing to learn our systems and grow with the company
