We are a family owned and operated Vehicle and Vessel Licensing office in Bothell, WA searching for a part-time and/or full time Title Clerk. Certified/Qualified Title Clerk preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties/Qualifications:
Able to work well with a team
Provide exceptional, polite and friendly customer service with a smile
Strong computer and phone skills
Experience with handling cash, checks, and processing debit/credit card transactions
Ability to pay close attention to detail in stressful situations
Accurately process transactions and balance at end of day
Detail oriented and organized
Effectively serve difficult customers to reach a positive end result
