Growing property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the operation of a 400 unit apartment community located in Federal Way. Prior apartment maintenance experience is helpful, but we will train. The pay for this position will be determined based on experience. Appliance repair is an added plus. The starting pay is $27 per hour, but can increase based on your prior maintenance experience.
