Help Desk POS Support Analyst Tier I

Help Desk / POS Support Analyst for Tier I. Onsite support needed ASAP for our premier client in the Grocer / F&B space. Interviewing immediately! You will be handling technical issues at their HQ as well as Store Locations periodically (7 stores across Seattle & Bellevue). This is a 6+ Month, Contract-To-Hire position for a Pacific Northwest organization that supports products dedicated to equity & sustainability for their loyal customer base.

DAY-TO-DAY:

Your work will involve the support of store-wide Windows Desktop Machines, you will support Wireless Access Points, Point-Of-Sale systems, Scanners, Workstations, Payment Terminals, Credit Card Readers, etc. This will involve reading logs, troubleshooting hardware & related peripherals including (powering on/off, accessing the Windows Box, assuring processes are running effectively and diagnose issues as a result of Equipment Failures etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience which includes supporting POS-Systems.
  • Retail POS Experience is a MUST HAVE
  • Windows 7/10, Active Directory, basic networking knowledge, experience with Ticketing System, Excellent Customer Service skills.

UNABLE TO SPONSOR NOW, UNABLE TO SPONSOR IN FUTURE, NO C2C, CANDIDATES LOCAL TO THE SEATTLE AREA PLEASE! THIS IS ONSITE AND WILL REQUIRE TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH TO SEATTLE & BELLEVUE STORE LOCATIONS.

PAY RATE: $20-30/HR w2 (Depending on Experience)
