Luxe Lighting is currently seeking a sales associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly, reliable person who has a strong sense of design and who has excellent customer service and sales skills. Experience in lighting sales or design is a plus but not required as we provide training. The showroom is closed Sunday & Monday.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers, help to identify and fulfill their needs
-Explain product features, options and benefits
-Process and manage customer orders
-Learn the various lighting lines and make suggestions
-Input client repairs to the shop
-Assist in maintaining the showroom
We Seek:
-Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
-Written and oral communication skills for a variety of situations
-Ability to seek solutions as part of a team as well as independently
-Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Social media/advertising experience is a plus
