Manage mailbox rentals, including new rentals, renewals, and customer inquiries
Fulfill online and wholesale orders by picking, packing, and preparing shipments with high accuracy and attention to detail
Receive, unload, and organize pallets of incoming freight
Assist in store modernization and digitalization initiatives, including the implementation of digital tools and process improvements
Maintain and update the store’s social media presence to enhance customer engagement and promote store services
Oversee inventory levels and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
Keep the shipping, receiving, and public areas clean and orderly by:
Breaking down cardboard boxes
Sweeping floors and performing general cleaning tasks
Managing trash and recycling removal
Address customer inquiries and provide friendly, helpful customer service
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the store's operations
