Title: Program Manager II Contract Length: 04/13/2021 - 04/29/2022 (1 year) Location: Seattle, WA or Kirkland, WA (Remote to start, will be on site in the future) Summary This role will own the systems administration, coordination, and implementation support for a customer engagement program. The role will be both internally and externally facing and involves communication and program roll out across multiple teams. Success in this role requires a high level of customer focus, autonomy, excellent judgement, and high motivation. Collaboration with both release engineering, product teams, and customers will be key. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Serve as primary system administrator and project coordinator for a CenterCode platform environment with multiple internal and external users.
- Handle basic admin functions including project and user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other tasks.
- Manage account security and access control for internal and external users for individual projects and the system as a whole.
- Coordinate and communicate program roll outs with internal stakeholders.
- Develop a mechanism for regular stakeholder updates on changes.
- Create operating instructions and specs as needed to support the implementation and processes.
- Establish and manage program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report these measures to business stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting, user education, and answering user questions, while supporting internal teams with self-service help.
- Participate as needed in new program design with internal teams to ensure proper implementation requirements.
- Perform regular system audits and data collection.
- Stay current on new releases and technical documentation.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and manage project risks.
- Project/program management background, and an ability to work across a wide array of teams (including serve in customer facing roles).
- Strong organizational, presentation, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal direction.

- Technical affinity - ability to relate business needs to functional and technical specifications.
- Knowledge using the CenterCode toolset is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience managing projects and/or programs.
- Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep or Alteryx, Salesforce, and content / learning management systems, preferred.
