Title: Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager IV Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 5/18/2021 - 2/17/2022Job Description:The main function of the Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering: is to drive security review efforts on in-market and upcoming devices. These efforts involve standing up short term projects (2-4 months) that span multiple teams and are cross-company. Assist in creation of scoping exercises, manage daily engagements with external companies and internal teams, track mitigations, and provide detailed status reports.Job Responsibilities:•Deliver on security review programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and implement process improvement to increase task completion across multiple teams.•Program-level complex issue resolution, considerate escalations, and excellent communications and team collaboration skills.•Collaborate effectively within a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.•Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.Skills:•A self-starter who can take general direction and produce specific results. When the resources are not immediately at-hand, you enjoy reaching out to a wide array of functional groups across an organization to gain adoption and deliver results.•Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions and improve processes.•Ability to get stuff done. Daily and weekly summaries will be required•Knowledge of AOSP functions and components. Strong emphasis on security primitives.•Knowledge of security reviews and vulnerability managementEducation/Experience:•Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.•Experience with engineering focused products or programs that interact with legal, policy, trust and fraud.•PMP or PMI certification
